Shared hosting plans may be eligible for a refund within the stated money-back period if the customer has not violated our terms. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, setup fees, custom services and third-party licenses are usually non-refundable because they are processed immediately by registries or vendors. Refund requests must be submitted through support with order details.
